RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
Which items can or cannot be returned?
Eligible for return items:
The item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Opened items can only be returned if defective. (view below for exchanges)
Non-returnable items:
- Any item opened, misused, not in its original condition, damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item not in the original packaging.
- Some health and personal care items, such as bath bombs and soaps.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Customized or personalized items.
(Only regular priced or “first sale” items may be refunded, unfortunately “final sale” items with clearance prices cannot be refunded.)
What products are “final sale” (non-returnable, non-exchangeable)?
Products that have a sign that says “final sale”.
What is the time frame in which you will accept returns or exchanges?
Within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Who pays for return and exchange shipping?
- If the reason for the return or exchange is because the item is defective or damaged we pay for the return shipping. The return shipping is totally FREE for the customers.
- If there is another reason for the return or exchange the customer has to pay the return shipping.
What refund do I get in case of a return?
- If the reason for the return is because the item is defective or damaged the refund is the full amount including the original shipping cost.
- If there is another reason for the return the refund is the full amount of the item without the original shipping cost.
Will the refund be in cash or store credit?
The refund will be in cash.
What is the return process?
1.You send us an email at salemint@salemint.co with the reason and a picture of the item you want to return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2.If the return is approved we will send you a return label via email that you can put on the package with the item that you want to return inside or we email you our information to send the package.
3.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
What happens with late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What about exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
What is the exchange process?
